The hotel was ok. We have nice rooms quiet, good dinner but the best thing was the pool, witch was fantastic.

It's good hotel. As i understand it is even excellent as for the country.
What we didn't like:
There is no pool guard.
There is too small room as for 3 people.
The acoustic is very poor - you can hear everything from next room.
The breakfast - it's good, but for the pancake or for eggs you have to stand in a line because only one person makes it. For coffee - the same problem - only two slow machines. Each morning i asked for black tea and got it, but the tea bags never were before i asked.

The water in the swimming pool was cold and only in certain parts you could feel a bit of warmness, and as we swam we would feel cold water again. So, this was very annoying.
We also had to pay for parking, which we were not advised when booking. The hotel was very crowded and quite noisy especially at breakfast. The bed and room are nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choices. Kids were happy to use the pool. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and to the “telecabina” taking us up to Cota 2000. We defineyely had a good experience.
