There is a $50 refundable deposit or incidentals. Front desk staff is very friendly & answers all questions. All the other staff I dealt with were equally wonderful & helpful from housekeeping to the wonderful lady who set-up breakfast daily, continuously checking that guests still had ample bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, etc for breakfast.
The room was clean. Heater was practically noiseless & worked well. Provided toiletries were my favorite - Dove - & getting more individual Dove hand soaps, lotions, etc was not a problem with staff. Room was clean with neatly placed items on counters/in bathroom. Towels were plentiful, clean & nicely folded. There was a choice between a room with indoor entry or a room with exterior door entrance (like a motel.) This stay was a King bed, business room with indoor access. The bed was huge - it probably could fit 3 adults comfortably. It was extremely comfortable with a soft, thick comforter & starched clean white sheets.
In the areas of the hotel I passed through, I noted 4 soda/vending machines but know there were more throughout the property. I used 3 of the 4. Each were well stocked with a variety of snacks & drinks.
Though this review is only for a one night stay, this one night is actually an extension of a 12 night stay. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience & I would not hesitate to book at this property again

Our stay was fine. The complaintary breakfast is 6 am to 10 am. The coffee is put away at 10 am. Would be nice if the coffee was left out for 24 hrs. The cleaning service was more efficient. With cleaning certain rooms. Our room was downstairs . I had to walk upstairs twice to get Wash clothes and towels.
Definitely not a 2 star hotel… it should be 0.5 star! Pictures online do not match the actual hotel rooms. The entire hotel reeks of insecticide and it’s worse in the rooms. The fumes were so heavy it made my lungs burn, then imagine the heats on because it’s 20-30 degrees outside.
I slept on top of the bed fully clothed, using my NorthFace as a blanket. Woke up in the mornings with a headache. And that was the 2nd room I was given, the 1st room they tried to give me was so bad, I took pictures. Property manager was never around, refused to speak with me but adamantly refused to issue refund or even relocate me to another hotel due to my asthma being exacerbated with the combination of insecticide and the heater being on. There’s garbage all around the hotel, it smells. The side door to parking lot is not locked, anyone can walk in…. So much more to say, but I think you get the just of this hotel.
The worst thing was Expedia, not assisting me in hotel relocation. They said I don’t meet their criteria. I explained to them the health concerns I had with asthma being the reason I left the smoke filled air from the Palisades fire in California, just to come here to smell insecticide mixed with heat. I used my inhalers more in the Days Inn by Wyndham Parsippany than I did in Los Angeles.
Second year staying here while attending DFF. Very convenient, and well priced compared to the preferred hotels for the Con. It was great to see other con goers staying here!
there is nothing that you can appreciate, rooms are dirty, no cups , needs a lot of repair, there is not even tooth paste, terrible coffee and creamer, I regret spending the nights there
Bed bugs bit me up the vent in the bathroom was a mess. The room smell like someone was smoking in it.When I made complaint to the front desk he responded saying oh we are going to check it out.It was my worst nightmare
