Rooms definitely need some TLC/upgrades but ours was very clean. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool was nice for my kids but closed early on Sunday. Parking was right by the door which was great. Convenient location.

The staff was wonderful. They were just as frustrated as I was by the hotel guests. Kids throwing wrappers everywhere, sticky hand prints on doors and windows. My daughter and I were there for an important meeting not for fun, so we ended sleep. After driving 7 hours to arrive, we were across the hall from a family that allowed the kids with them to hand out in the hallway. Out door was not aligned correctly so there was a gap that allowed us to hear everything. Doors slamming, foul language directed at their kids- it was unreal. However, I didn’t want ot ruin their fun, so at 10pm, we knew we just needed to leave.

Our stay was amazing! The food was delicious and nothing way too pricey. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. The kids had an awesome time at the pool, arcade and water park.

We have been here several times and like the hotel a lot. It’s clean and convenient. The water park is a hit as well with the kids.

Quick one night stay due to a local dance competition. Convenient location right off the highway. Great for kids and teens as there is a pool, Starbucks with tables onsite as well as a good restaurant and buffet breakfast. Nice lobby area with varied seating options. Food was good. Room was clean and spacious and beds comfortable. Very satisfied! I do think the buffet breakfast should be included in the cost but it's not.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The hotel became chaos at the beginning of February break and it was disappointing with lots of unsupervised children, poop in the pool and patrons smoking substances in their rooms. A snow storm hit and many vehicles were missing their bumpers after the plow trucks came through.
