Cheap and cheerful, front desk staff were lovely to deal with. A bit run down, but it does the trick for low maintenance travellers on a budget.
There is a breakfast station for DIY use. Coffee, tea, toast, bagels and spreads available.

Place didnt even have towels for us. Front desk people were unpfessional. We asked for towels before we left for the evening, cameback no towels, beds were uncomfortable, room wasnt the cleanest. Never again we'll waste our money on that place.

Comfortable and clean room. Very little breakfast options but for the price it's a good option.

Staff at check in unhelpful; other staff fine. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Bathroom needed repair and freshening. Beds clean and reasonably comfortable.

After reading alot of reviews i was kind of worried but when we checked it the room was clean and spacious and definitely worth the price $120 rather than spending $300 at Days in. Definitely would stay again if in Orillia
