Unique circular-shaped hotel, but the staff's knowledge at the front desk is concerning. We had issues with our room keys multiple times, and whenever there was an issue the front desk employee asked "What's your room number?" and then re-programmed the card for us. There was no verification said room belonged to us. What kind of security is that!? They re-program door keys without making sure it's your room!
So after re-programming our door keys 3 times in 2 days, they also double charged us for the stay. It takes 3-5 days for the refund to be applied back to your account - I hope you aren't short on cash!
The lack of training and knowledge of this staff is concerning.

The mumbling front desk attendant didnt provide the level of service I expected and have experienced here in the past. The other staff - especially breakfast staff were amazing. The room had no mini fridge - and ice machine dispensed a small tumbler worth of ice at a time. Very weird and a downgrade from lower-starred hotels. The shower diverted 1/4 of the water into the bath as one tried to shower. A lower experience from some staff and some of the facilities makes me luke warm from choosing this facility again.

Our room smelled like mold or mildew. The room was dingy and very run down. The mattress was hard with an egg crate under the sheets. The sheets were rough. Housekeeping barely touched the room when cleaning. Front desk staff were not engaged. Not a good experience. Won’t stay here again.

Place is very clean and looks new throughout. The noise was very loud as I had a room next to main road. The breakfast was not very good. The pancakes still had batter in the center of them and they make you think you are going to have a buffet style breakfast, but it was a la cart and wasn’t very good. Go somewhere else and get breakfast
