Good: spacious, very close to bairdwalk and beach access. Off stret parking.. quiet.. Bad: floors felt slimmy and sticky, beds were more like mattreas on cots, windows opened but no screens or locks for safety. If 3rd bed was used there would be litetslly no room to walk through room. Plastic furniture. Seemed more like a room for young partiers.
