The hotel was closed for renovations, and we were never notified of the cancellation. We were stranded in a major city. We ended up finding a place and paying double the price. I would like a full refund and reimburses for the the stay at the new hitel.

Upon arrival at the front desk, I was greeted with “so let’s get this settled…. The elevators are down, the parking garage is down due to construction, and all the businesses in the area are closed due to construction. We will move you to a lower level, but you’ll have to climb the skinny stairwell with all your luggage that one one person can fit in at a time” It took me 45 mins just to find a route to get to the place down a back alley in the dark due to the construction. The HVAC didn’t function in the room. And I had to drive to the casino for parking and walk back to the hotel after I dropped off my luggage. Wish they would have simply called me prior to checkin to tell me these issues. Would like a refund or at least partial for the stay.

The front desk attendant was very rude. The hotel room was gross. Stains all over the carpet, yellow streaks down the bathroom door. The whole room smelled like pee. Also the elevator was broken. We left. Lost our money and found a cleaner hotel to stay in.

Our water was brown and our bathroom was cold and wet when maintenance came to fix it he said we would get a space heater that never came when mentioned again we were told to open the door to the bathroom but room was still freezing. Black ice everywhere around the facility around fell twice. Staff was to busy talking to even open the door in the am no one was at the reception area I won’t be coming back.
