receptionist didn’t seem to understand English or Japanese which made it hard to communicate when we wanted to extend a night. Also, there seems to be a lot of fees that are not listed in the listing. Parking is not free, there is no housekeeping either. If you request for it, there’s an additional fee to it.
Also, the rooms could use abit of an update and a thorough cleaning…

Studio in a good location in Chatan, easy to walk to main spots in the area.
The apartment and the building were not really dirty, but it did not feel clean either. Sheets were smelling tabaco, maybe because they have been used in a smoking room before?
Not bad overall, it is on the lower end of the price range in the area.
