The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus.
The flat had everything you'd want - fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle; in the basement there are several washing machines and tumble dryers. The service and help from Rocio, the manager was excellent. When one piece of equipment developed a fault it was replaced within minutes.
No downsides, highly recommended.

This place had everything that’s was needed. Fully equipped apartment. It was great to have the laundry room if needed. The manager was very kind and helpful.
The location was really perfect. 5 minutes of walking distance to everything. We would stay here again if we come to Alicante.

Nice apartment in a very nice location. 5min walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around the flat. The apartment is big enough and well equipped. The roof top is also nice.
