We booked a studio and based on the property photos we assumed we would have had a balcony. The property and staff was wonderful, even the room but disappointed about not having a balcony. Double check when you book your room.

What an awesome stay!! Beautiful view of the marina and lovely accommodations!! New kitchen, paint, carpets! Bathrooms were new as well!
