How to earn or convert Shukrans
Step 1
Choose your preferred stay or flight on Almosafer.
Step 2
On the payment page, select the option to earn Shukran points under ‘Earn rewards'.
Step 3
Enter your Shukran membership ID number, then click on ‘Continue’ and complete your booking.
Step 4
Earn your Shukrans within 24 hours from the date of check-in or departure. *For offline bookings: you can share your Shukran membership ID with our travel advisor before the booking is confirmed.

Initiate Points transfer to Shukrans on Almosafer.
Step 3
Select the value of Almosafer Points requested for transfer.
Step 4
Request OTP from Almosafer to verify the transaction. *Upon successful verification, Almosafer Points are immediately converted to Shukrans.

Select the value of Almosafer Points requested for transfer.

Terms & Conditions
You can earn 7 Shukrans for every QAR 12 spent on stays.
You can earn 4 shukrans for every QAR 12 spent on flights.
To earn Shukrans: For app & web bookings, you must enter your Shukran membership ID on the payment page before confirming the booking to earn Shukran points. For offline bookings, you can share your Shukran membership ID with our travel advisor before the booking is confirmed.
You cannot earn Shukrans when you use a voucher code or earn / redeem points with other loyalty programmes.
You can earn Shukrans across all Almosafer Qatar multi-channel touchpoints, including web, app, call centre and WhatsApp.
You can earn points only on bookings that are paid for immediately.
The validity of the earned points is as per standard Shukran terms and conditions
You will receive your Shukrans within 24 hours from the date of check-in or departure.
If you do not receive your Shukrans within 30 days from the date of check-in or departure, kindly reach out to our travel advisors.
You will not be able to earn points if you cancel the booking.
You must have an eligible Shukran membership to be eligible to earn Shukrans.
Both guest and logged-in users will have the opportunity to earn Shukran points on Almosafer orders.
You must be enrolled in the Shukran loyalty programme to be able to earn Shukrans.
You cannot earn Shukrans in conjuction with other loyalty programmes. Only one loyalty transaction is allowed per booking.
You can convert 10 Almosafer Point to 153 Shukrans (including processing fee).
To convert your Almosafer Points: Initiate Points transfer to Shukrans on Almosafer.
Select the amount of Almosafer Points you wish to transfer to Shukrans
Add your Shukran ID or select it from the saved Shukran accounts on your profile.
Request OTP from Almosafer to verify the transaction.
Upon successful verification, Almosafer Points are immediately converted to Shukrans.
You must enter your shukran-registered mobile number to complete the transfer.
The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their Shukran membership number.
You can only convert Almosafer points in multiples of 10.
You must have Almosafer Points balance that is equal to or higher than the selected conversion amount to be able to complete the conversion.
You can convert your Almosafer Points to Shukrans on web & app.
Once you convert your Almosafer points to Shukrans, they cannot be reversed.
The conversion rate is solely at the discretion of Almosafer and is subject to change.
Almosafer is not responsible for issues with partner programs or lost points due to programme failures.
